As many of you will know,
Prem Rawat teaches a simple method to help turn your senses from the outside world to an inner experience of peace, an experience unique to each person.
He offers guidance and practical tools he calls the
techniques of Self-Knowledge, or just “Knowledge.” Practicing these techniques daily helps you to better understand your true self, revealing an ever-evolving experience of heartfulness and contentment.
Prem Rawat’s Peace Education and Knowledge (
PEAK) course is a prerequisite to help you gain a solid foundational understanding about the value of personal peace.
At the conclusion of this self-paced course, you can choose to request a workshop, called a Knowledge Session, to learn the techniques. There is no charge to participate in PEAK or the Knowledge Session.
The
Knowledge Session Team (KS Team) is a global team of volunteers who provide support to individuals interested in learning or reviewing Prem Rawat’s techniques of Knowledge.
Team members, currently located in 45 countries including the South Pacific team here in Australia, Fiji and New Zealand, work together with a single focus and shared standards and goals. Regional coordination teams organize in-person events where someone can learn the techniques of Knowledge or participate in a Knowledge Review.
During 2025, up to the writing of this report, the South Pacific KS Team held 43 Knowledge Reviews for 830 attendees, as well as 18 Knowledge Sessions. In some regions we also hold regular community Video Events. These video events are another way of supporting individuals who enjoy the daily practice of Knowledge.
Once again, the South Pacific team collaborated with our global KS team to make Knowledge Reviews available for people who attended the recent five day International
Peace Event, well known as the Amaroo Event, held at Ivorys Rock Conference Centre.
The Knowledge Session Team conducted two successful Knowledge Reviews as well as five morning practice sessions during this year’s wonderful Amaroo Event. Both activities were held at the Conference Hall. The practice sessions were for the early risers staying onsite and were held between 6 and 8am every morning of the 5 days.
The Knowledge Reviews, with a combined number of more than 580 attendees, were held at 1pm on the Wednesday and Thursday, fitting neatly in between Prem’s morning and afternoon events. With a small ‘Amaroo KR’ coordination team led by Larry Mergentime, planning started well ahead of time, and always looking to improve, the team also followed up with a thorough debrief in readiness for the next Amaroo Event!
Importantly, the whole team also very much enjoyed collaborating with the other international and local teams involved in making Amaroo 2025 such a great success.
Warm regards,
The Knowledge Session team
