The Peace Education Program continues to be a valuable education resource for both individuals and organizations in the South Pacific.
2025 saw the program continue to be offered at Drug and Alcohol support organizations, local communities, prisons, staff groups in organizations and to individuals.
The Facilitator Training team has been busy all year responding to requests from individuals and organizations for training to use the Peace Education program materials.
The South Pacific Facilitator training team comprising workshop facilitators, technical operators and practice and endorsement team members have worked with hundreds of people both internationally and locally in 2025.
Members of the
Peace Education Program team attended the International Positive Psychology Conference in Brisbane in June this year. The program was of interest to many working in this field and was an opportunity to present peace education as an important aspect of wellbeing.
The new Peace Education Program for Higher Education (PEP EDU) is now available in Spanish and English.
This program has been designed for adults 18 years and older and has been well received by staff and students in a variety of education contexts.
